Agents of Fort Drum Properties will take you step by step through the process of making your home available for tenants.  Once you are ready, we will take over. We will screen potential tenants and place only qualified families in your home.  A potential tenant will need to provide detailed information about themselves, including but not limited to income sources and past rental references.  Along with providing leases and collecting rents, we will hire for maintenance and repairs, at your cost and with your permission.  Other than a phone call, email or text message regarding a problem, you will be able to live your life knowing your home is being cared for.
